Job Description: Administrative Services and Facilities comprises several groups supporting corporate office operations for First Republic, including Facilities, Corporate Purchasing, Mail Room, Reception, and Architectural Design & Development. Our people serve our colleagues' in-office needs in multiple regions throughout the United States. Job Responsibilities: Assists in the auditing of invoices and reconciles any billing issues with vendors. Ensures requests made to the Administrative Services team are responded to and resolved or escalated in a timely, cost-effective manner and to the satisfaction of the end-user. Maintains record of all employee requests and keeps employees informed on the status of requests. This is primarily accomplished through Plan on work orders. Assists in managing the Corporate Office buildings on a daily basis, including office or employee moves; coordinating building janitorial services; maintenance requests, and performing onsite surveys as needed or directed by the Manager, Facilities and Administrative Services. Assists in the coordination of physical access to all First Republic Bank offices for employees and vendors by administering the access card program for the company (Win Pak) and requesting building passes from the property management teams of each building. Maintains accurate records of requests for audit purposes. Responds to employee requests concerning the company's confidential paper shredding company (Shred-It). Assists in the company's safety and security programs, including but not limited to the corporate office buildings' fire drills and the company's floor warden programs. Job Requirements: Excellent written and verbal communication skills On call 24/ 7 for facilities emergencies Furthers the First Republic Bank culture and values Must be able to communicate effectively via telephone and in person.
