First National Bank of Omaha (FNBO) is seeking team oriented, positive, and outgoing Bilingual (Spanish/English) professionals for future opportunities! The Collector is accountable to make outbound calls to cardholders who have become delinquent. Collectors are expected to have effective conversations with our cardholders to uncover the reason for delinquency and provide appropriate solutions to cure the delinquency while remaining in control of the call and providing a superior customer experience.
