Job Description:
As a General Clerk Representative you will support the Clinical team with administrative duties including making outbound calls to patients or physician’s offices for designated programs. If you are compassionate and passionate about helping others and want to learn from a very supportive leadership team this is the group for you.
Job Responsibilities:
- Adhering to quality and production standards while complying with all applicable company, state and federal safety and environmental programs and procedures
- Making outbound calls to physician’s offices for data collection
- Completing administrative overflow tasks independently while having ready access to advice from more experienced team members
- Making outbound calls to patients who are scheduled for a Clinical Assessment and to then transfer the patient to the Clinical Nurse
Job Requirements:
- Knowledge of MS Suite (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint
- Be open to learning opportunities and flexibility
- 1+ year call center or healthcare related experience
- Ability to work in collaboration with a team as well as independently
- Professional, positive attitude, and courteous telephone etiquette a must
- Experience with Medical terminology preferred
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years customer service experience
- Must have a high level of integrity, dependability, and customer focus
