As a District Supervisor, you will oversee 12-15 stores in an assigned area and play a vital role in creating an atmosphere that ensures Casey’s is Here for Good!

Job Responsibilities:

• Act as liaison between the Store Managers and Regional Director to maximum efficiency and profitability.
• Assist with executing Casey’s strategic initiatives, driving sales, and maintaining standards within your assigned area.
• Supervise personnel activity of store operations to all assigned stores in designated area.
• Develop Team Members on career pathway.

Job Requirements:

• Capability of prioritizing tasks and driving performance to accomplish goals.
• Willingness to travel.
• Previous management experience in multi-unit retail or convenience store environment.
• Passion to train, coach and engage team members.
