Job Description: Reporting to the Head of Major Deals and Specialist Sales, this role will play a pivotal part in developing and executing the most complex/emerging specialist solutions for both public and private sector customers, on behalf of the Region. You will be accountable for engaging directly with the customer on BT’s largest opportunities, usually with a £multi-mullion value to BT. Job Responsibilities: Managing, delivering and exceeding all sales targets. This will be based predominantly on growth opportunities within a defined base of the largest and most complex customers across the North & Midlands region Work directly with senior customer contacts in our largest and most complex customers to understand their business goals, challenges and wider industry trends, and utilise this information to create actionable insight Creating winning solutions that exceed customer expectations, through the technical design, development and articulation of complex, multi-product solutions Educating and influencing internal stakeholders to ensure customers benefit from the full portfolio of products, services and solutions that BT & EE offer, and that sales opportunities can be maximised.
