Job Description: The HR Business Partner (HRBP) ensures that the people-related strategies, programs and processes of the broader organization align with the priorities and objectives of the business unit or function. The incumbent liaises the business and the HR functions to tailor the design and implementation of HR programs and services to best serve the operational needs of the business unit or function. He/she coaches people leaders on how to get the most value out of their teams. Job Responsibilities: Act as a change agent, positive thinker and critical thought partner to the business to anticipate, shape and influence organizational evolution, outlining how to structure and evolve teams Create and build confidence with business leaders, employees and key stakeholders as a trusted advisor i.e. someone who is informed, thoughtful, creative and capable of leveraging HR Centers of Expertise and other stakeholders as required to provide value-added advice and recommendations As a key partner to the extended HR team, provide key inputs into the continuous improvement of HR processes and programs and influence to align the business and HR teams’ agendas Support business leaders through coaching Support business leaders on all People and Talent topics impacting the business groups, leveraging his/her/their understanding of the market/big-picture to set the HR prioritization & rhythm, managing/aligning multiple initiatives, including the delivery of talent cycle activities, Understand external trends/market, in-depth knowledge of the business and its culture and use data, metrics and people analytics, to provide business leaders with key insights and influence organizational, talent and diversity strategies Be a champion of a culture of respect and of fostering a diverse and inclusive workforce at all levels of the organization Job Requirements: Experience working with leaders at every level Results driven with a proven ability to execute quickly, effectively, deliver consistently and able to prioritize and manage University degree in a relevant field; Masters’ Degree considered an asset Excellent communicator in both French and English Strong analytical skills, including the ability to generate and analyze reports CHRP designation is an asset Strong organizational, interpersonal, influence and communication skills Candidate should have at least 8 years of experience in a related field with deep knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including compensation, organizational development, change management, employee relations, inclusion & diversity, performance management, training and recruitment Strong business acumen: understanding of external trends/market Job Details: Company: BDC Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Toronto, Ontario, CA Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here vacanciesforyou.net
