Job Description:

Corporate Treasury (CT) Business Technology (BT) is responsible for developing the Treasury Master Plan connecting the business capability needs with future state technology and data initiatives to formulate the multi-year investment plan. This team manages strategic planning, annual investment planning and program delivery for technology initiatives. Lead the Treasury Market Access & Execution team’s Portfolio/ Program management function consisting of coverage across multiple Programs and Projects in Treasury.

Job Responsibilities:

• Routine update to regional Treasury Lead on project progress
• Drive accountability to execute on issue and project deliverables.
• Plan, organize, and monitor project performance using appropriate program management tools and techniques in alignment with BAC Change and Project Management Framework.
• Monitor portfolio, program, and project deliverables to ensure projects will deliver high-quality and efficient work and end results are of the highest caliber with a clearly articulated scope and quantifiable business benefit.
• Monitor issue milestones to ensure issues and milestones stay green, escalating new and emerging issues as appropriate.

Job Requirements:

• Must have experience working with control partners and senior business leaders to deliver on business objectives; Ability to collaborate and influence
• Ability to coordinate initiative planning, delivery and governance across regions and time zones
• Strong organizational skills and experience managing multiple tasks simultaneously, strong prioritization and time management
• Experience in a Global Mkts, Global Banking, or Treasury organization, with an emphasis on understanding traded products
• Project Management Office experience while coordinating large efforts across multiple groups
• Experience with documentation of process flows
• 10-12 years of experience in Financial Market Products along with managing projects
• Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint and Excel – including pivot tables, formula, and V-lookup
