Job Description:

A division of Global Corporate & Investment Banking at Bank of America, the Commercialization team designs, delivers and services integrated credit and treasury products to more than 140,000 clients around the world, including small businesses, middle-market and large corporations, multi-nationals, financial institutions and governments. These solutions, distributed through Commercialization Bid Managers, include business and corporate lending, global payments and liquidity management, commercial card services, trade finance, foreign exchange, lines of credit and equipment finance solutions. As an extension of the Commercialization team, we are required to manage and produce high quality proposals (RFIs, RFPs, RFx, ITTs, PQQs, DDQ, and other Client Questionnaires) across Global Transaction Services (GTS) covering Cash and Liquidity Management, Trade Finance (SCF, BGs, LCs), Corporate Cards, and USD/EUR/GBP Clearing for FIs. Team is required to provide first draft support on deals for the Bid Management team by using product understanding and available content in the repository

Job Responsibilities:

• Candidate will be responsible for working on following Translate on-paper concepts and numerical data into visual, client-facing presentations / newsletters / infographics
• Collaborate with Bid Managers and Deal team to understand and conceptualize proposal requirements etc. and prepare presentations
• Responsible for aggregating, analyzing and condensing design requirements for complex business requirements
• Required to develop high-quality and creative designs for proposals
• Required to display strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple competing priorities Focus on global opportunities that require coordination across regions and products
• Create culture of constant process and quality improvement, and best practice sharing

Job Requirements:

• Education Master in Business Management, or Post Graduation in any field Any accreditations or certification in graphic designing
• Experience of working with senior management and writers Certifications
• If Any Any accreditations or certification in graphic designing Experience Range 8-10 years of experience in Financial services industry or Publishing or Advertising industry etc.
• 5-7 years of experience in graphic designing, creating pitchbook material etc.
• Foundational skills Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word and Excel Robust typographical skills combined with an understanding of the use of negative and white space
• Ability to articulate design concepts effectively through multiple channels i.e. visually, verbally, and through the written medium
• Strong written communication skills with ability to produce targeted pitches; thorough command over grammar and presenting techniques
• Keen eye for organizing and representing data in interesting and innovative styles the ability to make large volumes of data come alive to narrate insights and stories
• Strong partnering, relationship management and influencing skills across all levels of the organization
• Superior critical thinking skills and self-starter
