Job Description: Provide support for large Corporate, Business Banking and Commercial Clients on both financial and non-financial work types like credit card inquiry/ maintenance, Bank transfers, cashier’s check, Back up Documentation, Research & Adjustment etc. received via email, fax and self-service channels. Job Responsibilities: Understanding of Workflow management and query routing Understanding of Bank’s products like Cashier Checks, Certificate of Deposits, Stop Payments, etc. Understand client’s need and address it appropriately either by straight through processing or engaging appropriate business partner Responsible to resolve client’s queries within specific TAT (cycle time or same day) Excellent organizational skills are required with the ability to prioritize workload, work accurately and efficiently under pressure. Understanding of Treasury Products and Services Understanding of monetary transactions like bank transfers, cashier checks, etc. Ensure that all established procedures are followed.
