Job Description:
Provide support for large Corporate, Business Banking and Commercial Clients on both financial and non-financial work types like credit card inquiry/ maintenance, Bank transfers, cashier’s check, Back up Documentation, Research & Adjustment etc. received via email, fax and self-service channels.
Job Responsibilities:
- Understanding of Workflow management and query routing
- Understanding of Bank’s products like Cashier Checks, Certificate of Deposits, Stop Payments, etc.
- Understand client’s need and address it appropriately either by straight through processing or engaging appropriate business partner
- Responsible to resolve client’s queries within specific TAT (cycle time or same day)
- Excellent organizational skills are required with the ability to prioritize workload, work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
- Understanding of Treasury Products and Services
- Understanding of monetary transactions like bank transfers, cashier checks, etc.
- Ensure that all established procedures are followed.

- Excellent time management skills
- Strong business acumen with good written and verbal communication skills
- Treasury Product and Wholesale Banking
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changes
- Good Excel skills
- Must have an eye for detail and should possess strong analytical skills
