Job Description: As Recruiter you will be responsible for strategically executing the end-to-end hiring process for front-line and servicing roles in the UK including volume “class” hiring, while ensuring superior candidate and Hiring Leader experience. You will execute the sourcing, screening applicants, shorlisting, assessment, interview, and offer processes in order to acquire the best candidates with speed and quality. You will be a talent champion who can actively stay connected to a robust pipeline of candidates, maintain long-term candidate relationships, and energetically sell the role and the AXP brand. Reporting into the Recruitment Manager, you will assist in driving best practice across the recruitment lifecycle. Job Responsibilities: Master operational excellence by leveraging available technologies to maximize efficiency and quality to accomplish the delivery plan Own full lifecycle recruitment activities for UK Servicing, ensuring superior candidate experience, while staying abreast of new hiring practices and trends As directed by Recruitment Manager assist with or lead development and delivery of ad-hoc or recruitment projects and initiatives Structure new offers, working with compensation team to determine appropriate packages, negotiate offer, and make offer edits as necessary Conduct first round interview, intake meetings, interview debriefs, and review assessments. Provide feedback on candidates and influence hiring decisions Recommend and drive improvements to the local sourcing strategy and pipeline by actively interfacing with GTA Manager Update and post jobs, manage talent pools and requisitions, and disposition candidates Communicate trends, market intelligence insights and provide proactive recruitment guidance to drive future recruitment activity Be a subject matter expert in recruitment at American Express with clear understanding of the global recruitment process and policy Source and identify talent through traditional and non-traditional sourcing channels, while building and maintaining robust active and passive candidate pipeline Use specialist market/industry knowledge to assist with development and ongoing management of pre-qualified candidate talent pools using CRM Partner with employee relations, legal, background verification team, etc. to provide end-to-end service to candidates and Hiring Leaders Support recruitment activities in EMEA markets outside UK as required Work with Hiring Leaders to manage hiring volume and headcount goals, gathers key input for candidate slates Communicate proactively and in a timely manner with candidates, providing details on the selection process and Hiring Leader feedback Enact broader GTA recruitment strategy to ensure delivery of qualified and diverse talent Job Requirements: Ability to work in a high volume environment, handle multiple tasks, and prioritize accordingly Strong project management and organisation skills Enjoy finding and engaging with talent Ability to effectively partner with ancillary groups supporting TA processes Segment and industry-specific knowledge Ability to influence at the highest levels Excellent communication, collaboration, influencing, and problem-solving skills Experience working in a compliance driven organization Ability to effectively develop and manage relationships Ability to make logical decisions in a complex environment Experience utilizing current TA technologies (CRM and ATS) Ability to interface with candidates in an engaging and persuasive manner Have a passion for service Job Details: Company: American Express Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: London, England, UK Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here vacanciesforyou.net
