Job Description: The Participant Services Team is made up of Financial Solutions Advisors (FSA) who provide service to active and separated Merrill Lynch 401k and Equity Plan Participants. They assist in educating 401k plan employees on transition services and retirement readiness. They also conduct initial goal assessments to help clients confirm their life priorities and financial needs Job Responsibilities: Demonstrate knowledge of investments and financial markets and apply key principles appropriately to the individual client's investment needs Adapt to participant preferences using a conversational style Maintain a high level of personal integrity and comply with enterprise policy and procedures Ability to grasp and apply complex technical material quickly Align enterprise products and services where appropriate Consistently identify participant opportunities and engage key partners as needed Further strengthen participant relationships by anticipating needs, exceeding service expectations and following through on commitments Job Requirements: Financial services industry experience Successful experience and track record achieving sales goals Series 7 and Series 66 (or both the 63 & 65) are required; if 66 is not currently held, must be obtained within 90 days Strong understanding and ability to communicate the suite of enterprise products and services Ability to effectively manage workload Extraordinary interpersonal skills, a strong team orientation and resiliency Superior client service proficiency including excellent verbal, written, and listening skills Capable of effectively operating in a team oriented and highly collaborative environment Minimum of 1-2+ years financial advisory or investment experience experience Job Details: Company: Bank of America Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Jacksonville, FL, US Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here vacanciesforyou.net
