Job Description: Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the Engineering Intern provides the best possible support by assisting with all aspects of factory planning and engineering and helps to ensure that the ongoing plant expansion project runs smoothly. Job Responsibilities: Feasibility analysis of optimization projects Training and experience in core area of study Develop and track useful KPIs Assist and lead meetings Optimize daily processes with new ideas Improve transparency of project-related action items Read and interpret drawings Cost analysis Study and improve plant safety measures Competent contact for external business partners Coordinate project steps with plant operations Materials inspection Overview and updated detailed Schedule Assist where needed by the department or other areas Process documentation Qualification & Experience: Analytical thinking, ability to work systematically and independently, ability to develop complex solutions. Working towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Business or relevant degree is required to participate in the intern program.
