Job Description: The Secretary II is responsible for performing the clerical duties for the Director/Supervisors and Home Health Care Department. S/he shows evidence of good organizational skills and the ability to be self-directed. Job Responsibilities: This position is responsible for handling written and telephone communications with the department, in order to assist the Director/Supervisors in monitoring departmental budgets and activities. Job Requirements: College level courses in writing/communications preferred. Requires knowledge of clerical skills, spelling, Medical Terminology, punctuation, English grammar and general office routine. Type 45 wpm.
