Job Description: The Senior Manager Sales/Account Development position is in the Global Commercial Services Small Medium Enterprise (SME) Top Client Expansion Field organization. It is a growing organization responsible for the expansion, development, management and retention of high potential, high spending, and high Contribution margin clients This position is responsible for the overall management (growth, Expansion, and retention) of a defined portfolio of high spending Clients. Managers will be measured on portfolio spend growth, expansion volume, automation volume, the retention of Clients and the retention of spend level. Job Responsibilities: Conduct client visits regularly both in person and virtually with an emphasis on in person meetings Utilize consultative selling/negotiation skills to identify client needs Develop a long-term strategy for each client Prioritize efforts across portfolio of value clients and collaborate with Director and VP Analyze and digest information quickly and make critical recommendations and/or decisions Responsible for driving growth across portfolio of SME clients in Philadelphia or surrounding suburbs.
