Job Description: We are looking for a UI/UX Analyst to join our growing team of data engineers, scientists, developers and analysts. You will be responsible for collaborating with product leads, data analysts and data scientists to design, launch and iterate on user-centric data insights use cases. You will apply a strong data analytics background and familiarity with User Experience (UX) fundamentals. Job Responsibilities: Produce wireframes, mock-ups and prototypes to help with product development Conduct user research to understand user needs and use data to translate them into patterns and personas which can be designed for Work with relevant stakeholders to test, iterate and improve solutions Design solutions which deliver data based insights to relevant stakeholders, simplify user experience and address user pain points Job Requirements: An in-depth understanding of design thinking and visual design skills, such as typography, layout, branding and colour Undergraduate degree in a related discipline or related work experience Experience with Python 1+ years' experience in data analytics, SQL and data visualization (Tableau or similar) Experience with Figma, Sketch, Adobe suite Qualitative and quantitative experience, and solid experience with understanding users and informing those stories with data Experience with front-end coding such as HTML and CSS 1+ years' experience in product design, optimizing user experiences and building sustainable products Professional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate between technical and non-technical stakeholders Knowledge of Hadoop ecosystem (Spark, HDFS, Hive) Job Details: Company: RBC Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Mississauga, Ontario, Canada Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here vacanciesforyou.net
