Job Description: At Regions, the Client Services Specialist serves as first point of contact for commercial and business clients utilizing treasury management products and services. Job Responsibilities: Receives in instruction, guidance and direction from more senior level associates Handles client phone interaction while simultaneously documenting the event in the call tracking application Performs remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions Serves as a liaison between assigned departments and other areas of the bank to resolve transaction disputes/inquiries and payment processing issues Trouble shoots file mapping and advise on necessary changes Takes full ownership in researching and resolving complex banking issues Provides ongoing technical support by phone or email for treasury management products and services which can be complex in nature Manages workload to ensure issues are resolved promptly Job Requirements: Good analytical and problem-solving skills Adaptability and flexibility to quickly adjust to changing environments and product offerings Ability to handle calls with professionalism, demonstrating a sense of ownership, with a goal of one call resolution achieving established service standards Bachelor's degree or technical certification High School Diploma or GED Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues Two (2) years helpdesk, technical support or treasury management experience Strong typing skills Superior communication skills required including clear verbal communication over the phone, and the ability to provide concise and accurate written communication to business customers through email as appropriate Customer-oriented and cool-tempered Job Details: Company: Regions Bank Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Hoover, AL, US Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here vacanciesforyou.net
