Job Description:

As a Floor Supervisor you are an integral part of the management team within the store. You should enjoy leading a team and working under pressure in a fast paced environment. Your leadership skills and retail experience will set the example for your team, all while assisting the Department Manager in the running of the section.

Job Responsibilities:

• Driving sales and achieving KPI’s for your department
• Conducting section briefings and supporting managers to conduct store briefings
• Providing reports throughout the day to managers and colleagues
• Engaging with relevant training and development of the team (as directed by management)
• Leading and motivating team within the store in accordance with the companies standards and guidelines
• Responding to customer queries and requests
• Maintaining an up to date knowledge of products and promotions for your department

Job Requirements:

• An eye for spotting the latest fashion trends
• 2 or more years retail & supervising experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to motivate and develop a team to be future ZARA leaders
• The desire for career growth within the company
• The ability to work efficiently while juggling multiple tasks in a high pressure environment
• The ability to drive sales and achieve KPI’s for your department
