Job Description:

Our Cloud Strategy & Advisory Practice is one of the fastest growing practices within Wipro Digital, offering a full spectrum of Cloud Services (Strategy, migration, modernization, optimization in a multi-cloud environment and jointly led ecosystem partner offerings to name a few)

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure team and self-utilization at all times based on the quarterly goals and objectives established by your practice and account leadership
• Client and team satisfaction
• Build & provide Sales collateral / Practice responses from RFP to SOW and everything in between
• Take the overall accountability and responsibility of successfully delivering Cloud Strategy & Transformation engagements
• Utilization / billability – self and team
• As a Senior Leader, besides delivering your assigned client engagement(s), you will be required to lead and/or support ongoing pursuits to win new business at existing or new clients
• Responsible for leading the vision, architecture, design, and implementation efforts for optimizing and transforming client’s on-prem environment to Cloud
• Own and achieve the assigned revenue, client satisfaction and team utilization targets

Job Requirements:

• Superior understanding and track record of implementing Cloud Technologies – Hybrid Cloud, Server less, Edge, Multi-Cloud offerings from key Cloud Providers (like AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle Cloud, VM Ware, S/4 for HANA), Automated Cloud Orchestration and Optimization, to name a few
• Ability to quickly identify Transformation drivers that enable cost optimization and business acceleration using Cloud
• Proven track record of managing multitude of client stakeholders at the C-suite level, their direct reports and anyone of significant importance at your assigned client(s) / engagement(s)
• Results driven team player who can inspire and lead a highly diverse team of consultants
• Cloud Certifications are required, and the expectation is to be broader across Hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, VMWare & GCP) and deeper in one, may be two
• Deeply conversant with today’s technology and engineering disruptors such as RPA, Cognitive Computing, DevSecOps, Open Source, AI, ML, IoT, Data, etc as well as new operating models and delivery methods such as Agile, DevSecOps
• Ability to re-purpose client deliverables into reusable assets/IPs for consulting
• Ability to put forth Summary & Detail level Business Cases to justify adoption, migration, modernization of Cloud

Qualification & Experience:

• Knowledge and experience to provide industry-centric best practices and solutions to achieve better business outcomes using Cloud (Consumer, Retail, BFIS, High-Tech, E&U and Mfg. preferred)
• At least 10+ years’ relevant experience and proven track record of delivering large, complex Cloud Strategy & Transformation Projects with Fortune 500 Clients as an Engagement Leader or higher
• Experienced with multiple Cloud frameworks & market-leading Tools & solutions across the Cloud lifecycle
