Job Description:

The Associate Digital Experience (ADE) team manages the Campus Technology and Client Services(End user computing) support for the organization. We support a large heterogenous enterprise environment that support Windows, MAC and Linux based end user systems and corporate network, server and virtualization environments.

Job Responsibilities:

• Repair faulty asset timely basis by coordinating with respective EOM.
• Create monthly hardware failure report based on daily asset check list
• Capture and update AMC/Warranty support status of all assets.
• Maintaining daily inward outward & stock register
• Weekly validation of assets in inventory using daily asset check list
• Perform daily updates on inventory for allocated assets & movement assets
• Conduct periodic internal and external audit as per the defined process using FAR.
• Proactively identify and replace EOL assets.
• Update daily asset allocation on ITAM (desktop, monitor, laptop, keyboard, mouse, phone, headset etc.)
• Coordinate with IT team for hardware request & asset movements
• Verify & process invoices for smooth flow of vendor payment
• Fulfill hardware \ asset movement request as per defined process
• Publish and share asset reports with IT and leadership team

Job Requirements:

• Should have good verbal & written communication skills
• Well versed with MS office
• Team player, ability to manage org-wide asset management and report handling
• Hands-on industry standard ITAM tools
• 2-5 years in IT Asset Management.
