Job Description: The Marketing Co-ordinator role is responsible for supporting the brand team to deliver world-class integrated campaigns that deliver to our Brand promise and commercial targets. As part of the Brand and Communications team, you will work with the broader business to differentiate us in the market and demonstrate the value we offer to deliver against TPG’s core brand and acquisition metrics. The role requires brand stewardship and leadership of the TPG brand across key stakeholders and the creative communications development. Job Responsibilities: Conduct in-flight and post campaign performance reviews. Assess creative to ensure it is on brief and to brand. General admin support for these brand team. Collate FB Actionable Insights, Sales, Footfall, brand consideration and NPS for the brand team, working with the brand insights manager to ensure the reporting of campaigns. Raising PO’s for Brand Managers and Goods Receipting monthly. Assist the wider team with the VM inbox, planogramming, Vstyle, digital screen requirements. Evaluate the effectiveness of all marketing communication activities including the success of key messages, tactics, budgets, timing and measurement Work with all areas of the business to ensure the core proposition is integrated at all touch points along the consumer journey. Eg GTM’s Coordinate the briefing and execution of TPG tactical and planned marketing, activations, ticketing and POS in all above channels within agreed deadlines, brand guidelines and seeking the required Legal approvals Work with external parties including creative agency, media agency, production agency and internal team including performance media team, content and marketing operations to ensure that each campaign and project is implemented to meet each brief. Coordinate store communications material and assist compliance with POS displays, for retailers or direct to stores to ensure performance and set up is in line with collateral guidelines. Job Requirements: A good understanding of creative and production processes. Can operate in a fast paced and constantly changing environment. Combined passion for brand marketing and communications with a forward thinking, ‘can do’ attitude. A proven track record of developing effective campaigns. Optimistic and loves a challenge. The confidence, experience and influence to present to senior stakeholders. Sound communication skills with strong time management skills. 1-2 years experience in marketing assistant or co-ordinator role preferred Tertiary qualification in Marketing/Communications or similar. Highly organised, deadline driven with strong computer skill.
