Job Responsibilities:
- The Estate Change team is responsible for Governance and change delivery across the frontline CS&O teams in multiple locations around the world. Focused on ensuring a robust governance model and supporting processes, leading on delivery of a wide range of projects and or supporting the delivery of larger projects the Change Manager is both a critical and varied role.
Job Requirements:
- Strong experience of delivering large scale change projects from conception to completion;
- Experience producing business cases which focus on customer experience & commercial drivers;
- Commercial understanding/acumen of business KPIs
