Job Responsibilities: As a Junior UX/UI designer, you’ll be responsible for planning and designing effective digital experiences following user centred design principles for our customers. You will be part of a new cross-functional agile squad focused on Conversion Rate Optimisation, using data to experiment with ways to provide our customers with the best possible experience. You’ll work closely with a wide range of colleagues including Designers, Product Managers, Developers, Scrum Masters and Change Managers to understand and interpret requirements, identify opportunities, and create compelling and intuitive online journeys that are technically feasible and adhere to Vodafone’s design system. Job Requirements: You’ll have experience using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, InVision, Figma etc. Experience with A/B and multi-variant testing would be a plus You can work cross-collaboratively to understand and interpret requirements You’ll be passionate about creating exceptional digital experiences - We'd love to see your portfolio!
