Job Description: Supervises a team of Service Bankers who provide relationship based focused servicing to our Corporate and Commercial (CCB) clients supporting the clients’ depository, lending and treasury product needs. Job Responsibilities: Manages and coordinates the operational activities for assigned functional areas/regions. Ensures quality service and effective operations support for all of the assigned internal and external customers. Oversees resolution of service issues and escalates as appropriate to ensure final resolution. Stays current on all product and service offerings and helps train new and existing staff. Partners with business line product and Operations partners to ensure quality delivery of product and services to our CCB clients. Participates in partnership with Operations, Sales and Product partners in projects to improve operational efficiencies and the overall client experience. Accomplishes results through the effective management of staff. Administers corporate policies and procedures and ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
