Job Description:
Supervises a team of Service Bankers who provide relationship based focused servicing to our Corporate and Commercial (CCB) clients supporting the clients’ depository, lending and treasury product needs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manages and coordinates the operational activities for assigned functional areas/regions. Ensures quality service and effective operations support for all of the assigned internal and external customers.
- Oversees resolution of service issues and escalates as appropriate to ensure final resolution.
- Stays current on all product and service offerings and helps train new and existing staff.
- Partners with business line product and Operations partners to ensure quality delivery of product and services to our CCB clients.
- Participates in partnership with Operations, Sales and Product partners in projects to improve operational efficiencies and the overall client experience.
- Accomplishes results through the effective management of staff.
- Administers corporate policies and procedures and ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Job Requirements:
- Three to five years of operations-related experience
- Thorough knowledge of banking operations and human resources
- Two ore more years of supervisory/management experience
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Thorough knowledge of operation functions, systems, policies and procedures for the assigned area
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Well-developed customer relations skills
- Strong organizational, managerial and project management skills
