Job Description:

The chemical process design team is creating the factory of the future by bringing conceptual designs to life, producing cutting-edge detailed design of chemical and other factory utility systems that are fully integrated with manufacturing processes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop clash-free design models (LOD 300) in Revit and Navisworks
• Develop Revit fabrication part families, including parametric parts, to provide accurate design and fabrication schedules to Estimating and Procurement
• Develop design documents and deliverables in 2D and 3D using AutoCAD and Revit
• Develop fabrication-level models (LOD 400-500) for onsite assembly for certain specialty systems

Job Requirements:

• Proficient in the use of AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and Bluebeam. Experience with Pipe-Flo is a plus
• Working knowledge of OSHA, NFPA 30, ASME, and the building codes
• 4+ years’ of Computer Aided Design, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering Technology, Chemical Engineering experience
• Experience as a detailed designer in Process Design, Process Improvement or Operations within a high-tech industry
