Job Description: Manages customer relationships for assigned account portfolio. Responsible for account retention and collaborate with Sales Representative and/or customers directly by providing promotional product/event solutions. Researches and recommends promotional products and services, solicits quotes, negotiates with vendors, and executes orders. Job Responsibilities: Prepare quotes and process orders through our order entry system. Works with internal and external resources to keep orders moving forward and finalizing with the billing team as order meets completion. Work with vendors to negotiate pricing, process purchase orders, obtain proofs and follow order through to completion Ensures client expectations and event dates/in hand dates are met. Works with the sales team to manage the relationship with primary client contacts, working together to execute client needs while maintaining margins to reach Staples goals.
