Job Description:

The HRIS Process Supervisor will supervise 3-5 HRIS Specialists/Analysts onsite at our Claysburg PA Operations Support Center. This person will manage a team who will be responsible for defining, developing, testing, analyzing and maintaining the ATS, HRIS, and future modules and provide project leadership for one or more projects as assigned.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Document changes to the application or processing method; specification statements that include impact analysis; test plans; written customer acceptance to the testing that should include use cases; security impact of the request to include access levels, security measures that were included, and how security was tested in the test plan.
  • Review documentation from direct reports as needed and provide feedback as necessary.
  • Testing Acceptance – Ensure that all unit, system, regression and acceptance testing has been successfully completed and approved in a development / test environment prior to releasing any updates to QA / production.
  • Monitor this process for all direct reports and provide feedback as necessary.
  • Customer Support – Support problem resolution for functional area. Always be willing to help a customer find the appropriate procedure or resource, even if the issue is not your direct responsibility.
  • Development / Implementation – Maintains and supports HR systems based on operation and regulatory requirements through the review, testing and implementation of upgrades, enhancements, business requests and patches.
  • Responsible for all system configurations. Supports application development and standardization.
  • Manage and provide leadership/mentoring time to HRIS Systems Specialists/Analysts.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience querying and manipulating data, generating reports and validating results
  • Experience with SAP Success Factors, Icims, Ultimate, and other HR platforms a plus!
  • Experience working on cross-functional HRIS projects
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in human resources
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with a complex HRIS system
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, MIS, HR or related field
