Job Description:
As the Manager of Co-Op Media, you will be responsible for delivering paid media strategies and activation plans for our key Brand partners against their primary metrics and KPIs across their US and CA single-brand co-op campaigns. Planning and activation will span across dual KPIs of performance marketing focused on brand awareness and sales. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Co-Op Media, you’ll work closely with Sephora’s Brand Marketing and Marketing Effectiveness teams to deliver best-in-class paid media activation and insights back to Brand partners.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work with external agency partners and Marketing Effectiveness teams in analyzing program performance data and deliver in-campaign and post-campaign reporting insights to inform campaign optimizations and future go-forward recommendations
- Manage internal workflow process and campaign delivery milestones with Brand Marketing and external agency partners

- Direct and manage external agencies/partners on day-to-day needs and deliverables for single-brand co-op media campaigns
- Help develop and optimize internal Sephora single-brand co-op activation process with Brand Marketing
- Create paid media activation plans for all Sephora single brand co-op digital programs, in conjunction with our external agency partners, delivering on Brand goals/metrics
- Demonstrate a strong understanding and ongoing knowledge of media channels and landscape (core channels: Paid Social, Programmatic, Custom Content and complementary channels: Video/Connected TV, Audio)
- Collaborate with Assistant Media Managers ensuring flawless campaign execution from creative specs, agency hand-off to campaign launches and managing budgets
Job Requirements:
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively with internal and external team members
- Knowledge of current media advertising landscape and a passion for marketing
- Superior problem-solving skills and the ability to draw conclusions and take action based on data
- Proven ability to take initiative, organize, and manage high volume of detailed projects simultaneously (and prioritize accordingly)
- Strong knowledge of Paid Social and Programmatic activation best practices
- Exceptional attention to detail and excellent written and oral communication
- 5+ years’ of relevant experience, with a strong digital media strategy and activation background
- Comfort and experience with media platforms, terms and tools (Ad serving, analytics, tracking/tag management, platform UIs, etc.)
