Job Description:

The Integrated Communications Associate is responsible for providing top-notch internal communications for the Global Product Support organization of about 3,000 employees worldwide. The successful candidate must have a breadth of experience in communication and marketing roles with a passion for connecting people with information in new and creative ways.

Job Responsibilities:

• Curate content, manage and deliver our monthly newsletters sent to managers and employees globally
• Research, draft and edit internal communications for multiple audiences including: employee news articles, leadership messages, presentations, emails, announcements, program/project correspondence, and company-wide communication pieces as needed/requested.
• Ensures that all internal communications are delivered in accordance with the company branding and voice
• Content manager for Product Support’s internal collaboration portal, SAP Jam
• Support executive communications needs (i.e. All-hands Meetings, managers meetings) by creating marketing materials such as posters, digital signs, videos and other marketing materials
• Photography, videography and blogging skills are expected
• Other communication/administration duties/projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Organized, detail-oriented and can manage time effectively with top-notch prioritization skills
• Must be able to keep confidences with private and/or confidential information
• Good understanding about graphic design and has experience with Adobe Illustrator and Premier. Photoshop and InDesign experience are a strong asset
• Ability to turn ideas and concepts into visually relevant and effective collateral
• Excellent communication skills including business writing skills aimed at employees
• Ability to understand and implement change management/communications initiatives
• Excellent Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Outlook skills.
• Ability to understand how to communicate across different lines of business and cultural boundaries
• Ability to interact with and influence others. Receptive of feedback and suggestions
• Fluent in both oral and written English

Qualification & Experience:

• Candidates should be in pursuit of or completion of bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing or equivalent
• Past experience in the tech industry is an asset
