Job Description: As a Support Engineer, you will analyze SAP solutions and for our customers in North America and present the results of your findings and recommendations to IT managers and executives. Since we provide services at our customer sites, business travel will be an essential part of this role. Job Requirements: Knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform with intelligent technologies like IoT, IIOT, Machine learning etc. is an added advantage Occasional weekend work may be required. Willing to travel to SAP customers worldwide (40 % travel expected). Excellent oral and written communications skills in English, with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of customers and management, both internal and external. Qualification & Experience: Experience in one or more programming languages (e.g., ABAP, Java, Java Script, C++) is a plus. Minimum 7-8 years of Industry and SAP product Experience is mandatory in one of the key areas such as – SAP Intelligent Asset Management, SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Asset Management, Plant Maintenance, MRO and other processes Functional experience in any of the Intelligent Asset Management solutions (ASPM, AIN, PAI, Asset Manager) and ability to ramp-up quickly in the new solutions areas Industry experience in SAP S/4HANA Asset Management and related maintenance processes is a plus. The ideal candidate will have at minimum a bachelor’s degree in Production, mathematics, Computer science or other engineering disciplines.
