Job Description:

We are looking for a Lead Full Stack Developer with an enthusiasm for new and emerging technologies who works best in a collaborative team environment. You will be working in a multidisciplinary team composed of varied people from different areas within the bank with the aim to deliver a first in class service to our end customers. You will be participating in the evolution of the Digital platform that will change the bank and how our customers interact with us.

Job Responsibilities:

• Taking full ownership of a portfolio of change related to one or more key products across Online Banking
• Delivery of the portfolio to time, budget and quality
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers to further their technical prowess. You succeed when your team does!
• Create and design vibrant applications to service our customer. You’ll feel the impact of your work across our organization
• Maintain and support the infrastructure for the platform
• As a lead of the team you will drive the design, implementation, testing, deployment and post-release support in an agile development environment.
• You will execute on engineering and release priorities successfully through strong leadership and communication.

Job Requirements:

• Broad experience of agile software development practices (Unit testing, Test driven development or CI/CD)
• Experience building applications in cloud environments
• Previous experience as full stack or back end developer of BKS, Java + Spring boot, web services
• Able to define technical architecture solutions
• You can direct the team’s focus to what matters most
• You can help your team shine while building responsibilities and growing in their roles
• Extensive experience working with Spring Framework and Message Queues
• GitHub or Stack Overflow contributions
