Job Description: This position plays a key role in the implementation, analysis and execution of the Company’s wellbeing programs for shipboard and shoreside (U.S. and international) plans. Technical expert on employee wellbeing benefit matters, both shore side and shipboard, including compliance and administration. Reporting benefits costs to assist in budget and forecasting and maintaining benefit records, in compliance with ADA regulations. Manages the evaluation, analysis, design, development, implementation, and support of third-party wellbeing systems. Manage all wellbeing vendors and others that provide employee wellbeing services, including Employee Assistance Programs. Ensures policies and procedures are administered and interpreted in a fair and consistent manner and administration systems are designed and operating with the same principles. Job Responsibilities: Partner with Global Benefits director on wellbeing strategy, execute approved initiatives, communicate programs, and foster engagement throughout the organization. Manage any payroll incentive contributions, monthly reconciliation, and compliance. Initiate or participate in surveys as requested. Develop and document shoreside and shipboard wellbeing program processes and procedures. Prepares ad-hoc reports upon request. Provides direction and support to ERGs and other wellbeing champion groups throughout the year. Partners with Accounting Department and internal auditors, as needed. Work with external benefit consultants and attorney to review/update Plan Documents, Summary Plan Descriptions, for all wellbeing and EAP programs. Work with internal legal counsel and external legal counsel for ADA compliant programs and incentives. Job Requirements: Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee and benefit plan information. Proficient in: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Subject Matter Expert in health and wellbeing coaching. Uses sound judgment to make timely decisions, understand complex issues and develop solutions. Must have 5 years of experience in employee wellbeing programs. Must possess exceptional oral and written communication skills, ability to read, understand, and explain written information in an accurate, readable, or oral form to multi-level audience. Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Business, HR or related fields or the international equivalent. Acts in accordance with stated values, uses ethical considerations to guide decisions and actions. Competent in all aspects of wellbeing design and programming.
