Job Description:

As a Salesforce Administrator, you will work to define system requirements and customize the platform for the business to get the most out of Salesforce technology. You will serve as a vital bridge between the business and Salesforce technology and act as a trusted advisor on all things Salesforce.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products
• Provide end-user support and troubleshoot reported issues
• Build custom reports and dashboards for different teams based on their business needs
• Independently design, test and implement changes to Salesforce systems for optimized integration
• Evaluate and install new Salesforce releases, as well as provide training and support
• Maintain knowledge of the platform’s new tools, capabilities, and updates
• Analyze business requirements, develop designs, and drive the implementation and communication of platform solutions
• Analyze and assist with Salesforce software configuration functions and activities
• Monitor Salesforce outages and work with vendor/business areas to find a solution
• Support integration of Salesforce with internal applications
• Perform data updates/migration using Data Loader or other applications

Job Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and/or Lightning Experience
• Ability to pull and create custom Salesforce reports and dashboards
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, specifically Microsoft Excel
• General knowledge of the supported business area(s) and the ability to make the Salesforce platform work for their goals
• Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator

Qualification & Experience:

• 1 year of experience with Apex
• Experience using Salesforce Flow and/or Process Builder
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
