Job Requirements:

• Analyse and trouble shoot any operational issues of the Trax System to resolution
• Working with Airworthiness and Maintenance personnel, design and develop high level Power BI reports to meet business requirements.
• Experience in provision of aviation application support
• Oversight of all Quickprints ensuring that business needs are met.
• For all upgrades and Service Packs, project management of all testing and working with TCS through to installation of Release or Service Pack on the application.
• Exposure to the running of E&M systems
• Liase with Trax USA on any modification requests
• Work effectively and efficiently with Qantas IT on any IT impacts to the Trax System.
• Tertiary qualification in Computer Sciences, Engineering or other relevant tertiary qualification is preferred but not essential
• Support and troubleshoot with Trax users on any technical and data integrity issues for Trax users, always looking to improve system design and processes.
• Update and audit the User Security Access as required.
