You will help to ensure that patients and physicians have the medicines they need, when they need them. Job Responsibilities: Assist with diagnosis and troubleshooting activities and execute in-process quality inspections. Complete adherence to all plant safety and (current) Good Manufacturing Practices {also cGMP} regulations to the highest. Ensure adequate inventory of parts and materials prior to initiating a production run. Manage own time and professional development, be accountable for own results and begin to prioritize own workflow. Identify and seek to implement process and safety improvement and perform all tasks in a safe manner. Responsible for the preparation and/or operation of various components, materials, equipment, machines including, but not limited to any and/or all applicable components, materials, equipment, machines in the assigned area(s). Participate in shift meetings, provide hand off information and communicate with other units and shifts. Job Requirements: Satisfactory performance and attendance are required. Stand for up to 8 to 12 hours depending on assigned area. Exposed to chemicals, dust, powders, steam, and extreme heat and cold. Will be required to do frequent lifting up to 40 pounds including lifting above shoulders. Rotating 12-hour shifts. Nights (1800-0600 hrs) Vision must be correctable to 20/20. Will be frequently pushing and pulling carts.
