Job Responsibilities:

  • You will engage with and assist online shoppers via live chat, phone and email with order enquiries, product knowledge, and styling/gifting choices. Some involvement within our social media community management will also be a requirement.
  • Due to increased volume of online customer enquiries during the busy Christmas period, PANDORA has the opportunity for talent to join our online customer experience team on a short term casual contract.
  • Your primary responsibility will be assisting online consumers from Australia and New Zealand to have an exceptional shopping and brand experience by responding to all enquiries promptly and resolving issues effectively.

Job Requirements:

  • Friendly and engaging verbal and written communication style with impeccable spelling, grammar and attention to detail
  • Previous experience with Online Chat
  • Retail experience, especially in fashion or jewellery
  • Solid track record in providing exceptional customer service, this could be in retail, call centres, hospitality or similar
  • Ability to problem solve and multi-task
  • Demonstrated knowledge of online shopping
  • Fraud Management exposure
