Job Responsibilities:

• The Commercial Litigation Solicitor will join a growing disputes team.
• You will get involved in a broad spectrum of work but this will be mainly commercial litigation for businesses.
• The successful candidate will work closely with the existing fee earners but pick up a caseload of commercial disputes work for a range of client from start up’s to larger companies.
• You will be a Commercial Litigation Solicitor who is confident to deal with their own caseload of work.
• Given the structure of the team this role would suit a mid-level lawyer and you will have the option to work on a fully remote basis or go into the Sheffield office.
