Job Description: As LUSH Digital expands, we need people more than ever to support our digital products and systems. You will be working collectively as part of the Digital Services discipline in supporting our digital products and retail teams. You will either be based in Poole (UK) or as part of our remote team based around the UK&I and Europe. We are looking for people from diverse backgrounds with a junior to mid-weight level of experience and are looking to take steps forward in a career in technology. . Approachable & friendly, with a passion for all things digital, providing unrivalled customer service, and working alongside like-minded people who want to make our products the best they can be. Job Responsibilities: On-the-job training and self-development opportunities. Supporting the daily operations of our Digital products within stores and online. This includes Lush Pay, Lush.com, Business Tools, and the Systems team. Creating and reviewing documentation to improve workflows and reduce downtime. Remote troubleshooting of hardware and software, with occasional travel to our headquarters and stores when necessary. Working as part of the product squad, supporting the rollout of new features and fixes Friendly and engaging communication with our customers all across UK&I, Europe (and eventually the World!). Empowering our customers and colleagues through using and supporting the technical programs and platforms that keep our products running smoothly. Job Requirements: Adaptable and approachable, an inspiring communicator. Proactive and self initiative mindset. Dynamic problem solver, not afraid to face new challenges and seek opportunities. Interested in retail technology and e-commerce, customer-facing and behind-the-scenes. Great organisation and time management skills.
