Job Responsibilities:

• Keeping things on track, logging, delegating and prioritising tasks appropriately
• Managing large technology projects, from hardware to software and beyond.
• Managing and reporting on budgets for either internal or external projects.
• Motivate and mentor teams, resolving any conflict and building trust
• Gathering information needed to demonstrate the value of a project – who, why, what, where and when etc
• Managing and working with suppliers and third parties.

Job Requirements:

• Quality management – ensuring what is being delivered is fit for purpose, aligned with the business vision and is of best value to stakeholders
• Facilitation – able to manage meetings by organising attendees, agenda, purpose and outcomes.
• Critical thinking – able to weigh up the pros and cons of solutions from all angles
• Risk management – able to raise any issues in good time, working with peers to supply solutions and no surprises.
