Job Description:
Influencer in the organization that will be a key part of e-fulfillment team in charge of supply chain performance for a specific ecommerce channel in the Luxe Division. The role of e fulfillment Manager (execution/replenishment) will be responsible for the execution of inventory transfers from a L’Oréal warehouse to fulfillment center for the eCommerce business for the Luxury Division. This role requires high attention to detail. He/she will work directly with retailer supply chain team, brands commercial teams, distribution center, transportation, customer service, demand-planning teams among others inside and outside the organization.
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze and challenge demand to safeguard no bullwhip affect in the Supply Chain
- The strategic objective of the role will be to optimize the flow of goods plus qualitative and quantitative information between L’Oreal USA and the retailer, thereby improving replenishment and distribution processes and making recommendations to the customer with regard to its supply chain processes for L’Oréal products (lead times, On Time, In Full, end-to-end Supply Chain collaboration)
- Participate in cross functional project teams to develop/sustain Best in Class Brand Supply Chain methodologies
- Provide visibility on low service skus and recovery timing with affiliates
- Influences decision making in performance improvement and resolves obstacles
- Ensure healthy inventory level by ensure destructions are processed and challenge productions that will lead to Excess inventory
- Reporting, root-causing and fixing any challenges with inventory performance
- Tactically, this position will coordinate replenishment and distribution model for the ecommerce channel. Manage order lifecycle from receipt thru shipment; inclusive of SAP transactions, data analysis, decision making, alternative option recommendations, root cause analysis/investigation, follow up and follow thru of open items
- Actively communicate as the liaison between internal and external contacts including retailers, sales admin, field sales, key account directors, finance, inventory management, transportation, retail collaboration, deductions, receiving, returns and distribution to ensure order process efficiencies
- Is able to present project status and other relevant content comfortably to Senior Management as needed
- Escalates to direct manager timely for the resolution of issues and/or determine next steps
- Maintain strong relationships with business partners in order to optimize product supply effectiveness and efficiency. Connect best practices with the D2C replenishment team
Job Requirements:
- Enthusiasm to work in a fast paced, team oriented environment
- Additionally, specific experience in US Retail supply chains and e-commerce is highly advantageous
- Experience in a fast-moving consumer goods supply chain is beneficial
- Dependable and reliable self-starter
- Minimum 5+ year(s) of experience in supply chain or related field, 2 years of e commerce supply chain preferred.
- Analytical – Experience analyzing and improving supply chain data and information
- Power BI Experience
- SAP or equivalent experience
- Experience in a cross-functional, matrixed organization a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite with a focus on Excel
- Ability to create structure from ambiguity
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, Business or related field
