Job Responsibilities:
- Builds, enhances and maintains relationships with key internal/external senior executives for area of responsibility to drive sales results for his/her assigned area(s) of responsibility
- Develops and propagates a compelling vision for firms/institutions/advisors within his/her assigned area(s) that is aligned with the broader Lincoln Financial Group strategic intent.
- Leads the development of an overall business plan to achieve sales and growth goals for existing/targeted firms/advisors for assigned responsibility.
- Serves as a representative and participates in industry organizations to provide exposure for the business.
- Develops and oversees the overall financial budgets for assigned region.
- Develops and leads the execution of the sales & net flows strategies through sales management to gain market share within assigned area(s) of responsibility and drive sales growth.
- Contributes to the development of highly complex platform wholesale strategies which have substantial impact on sales revenue and increase of market share including anticipating and providing strategies to market &/or sales trends.
Job Requirements:
- Ability to perform under stress in cases of emergency, critical or hazardous situations.
- Ability to work with others in a team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully hire, retain, develop and coach staff via a culture of real-time performance feedback, with ability to build both technical and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to identify, develop and implement processes improvements.
- 4 Year/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor’s) –
