Creative Services Sample Specialist – Kohls Careers

Job Description:

The Sample Specialist team supports all marketing executions by procuring and coordinating samples for photography, video or special events while being responsible for communicating essential information and organizing logistics to provide flawless execution.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain and organize sample rooms at both corporate and photo studio
• Track and monitor all samples from turn in through post production
• Organize return of samples post production
• Barcode, organize and maintain samples housed at the photo studio
• Attend project turn-ins, internal sample reviews and other meetings relative to assigned projects
• Procure additional prop needs on a seasonal basis and as requested by creative partners
• Verify accurate samples and associated details are received on time for each project
• Procure, gather and organize samples based on marketing requirements and production schedules

Job Requirements:

• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adhere to position guidelines
• Detail-oriented
• Proficient in basic computer applications, Microsoft Word, Excel
• Able to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment
• Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work with a diverse group of people
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Excellent organizational and communication skills

Qualification & Experience:

• Ability to travel on occasion
• Ability to climb ladders and rolling stairways
• Experience in merchandise management
• Ability to lift 25 – 60lbs
