Job Responsibilities:

  • Communicate regularly with the Partnership Sales teams on funding performance results.
  • Drive higher Dealer Satisfaction Scores on Funding from our Clients. Surveys results will be used to measure performance.
  • Manage the day to day booking and funding of contracts, meeting required contractual SLA’s with Chase Auto Clients
  • Maintain all required quality standards, meeting all compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Review all QA/QC results and take appropriate action where necessary.
  • Analyze trends/gaps related to Client SLA performance. Analyze performance feedback from various sources (OEM, Dealers, Sales and Surveys). Determine where service gaps exist and develop corresponding action plans.
  • Monitor daily/monthly funding contract volume and production and ensure that there is appropriate staffing for all hours of operation.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven interpersonal, team-orientated skills
  • College Degree
  • Min 2+ years funding processing or related operational experience; strong knowledge of auto leasing & servicing preferred
  • Ability to communicate with department managers to facilitate operational process change
  • High degree of flexibility and tolerance for change
  • Highly organized and ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline driven environment
  • Broad knowledge of the JPMorgan Chase organization preferred
  • Experience in production, client services, project and risk management
