We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of TT – Central Design Management IT Lead.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assurance of design activity across the programme
• Defining and implementing improvements to Design Practice within the TT programme
• Engagement with other SBO/SBI’s to manage IT Architecture dependencies between them
• Defining and agreeing mitigation plans for key risks and issues across IT and the business
• Management of the technical design interlock between HSBC and our delivery partner, CGI
• First point of escalation for end to end design risks and issues that impact across IT and the business
• Management and oversight of key risks and issues through to resolution
• Review all CR’s raised across the programme, for completeness of requirement and solution
• Ongoing development and implementation of the design framework within the programme and ensuring adoptions

Job Requirements:

• Business and IT Architecture and Design for large scale change programmes
• Large scale programme delivery and best practice
