Job Description: We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Test Engineering. Job Responsibilities: Support System Acceptance Testing & System Integration Testing, Regression Testing Gathering and analyzing user requirements and translating them into system test case scenarios. Preparation/Review of test cases Identify data requirements Work effectively with the development team to ensure all testing activities completed on time and with expectations Work with other testing groups within the organization for the integration, pairwise and operation readiness testing. Execute test cases Contribute in status reporting to test lead/manager Retest and close/reopen defects Raise defects Job Requirements: Should have working experience on Quality Centre/ Jira or any other test management tool We are looking for Service Now tester who would assess software quality through manual testing. Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Testing life cycle (STLC). Knowledge of HR processes. Experience of Incident Management/Problem Management, Knowledge Management and Service Portal(ESS). Experienced in Writing/Updating test cases. Hands-on experience in Automated Test Framework(ATF) for creating/updating test scripts and test suites. Knowledge of Integrations. Experienced with Service Now (Certification would be added advantage) Experience in Security Testing and integration testing between Service Now and other applications would be added advantage. Educated to degree level (preferred - or alternatively considerably greater experience to support an analytical ability).
