Job Description:

As the B2B Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing critical tasks across all B2B channels including social, events, content marketing, and related digital channels, while ensuring deliverables are on time and on budget. The ideal candidate will be able to work cross-functionally and distill a product’s value proposition into compelling sales enablement materials and collateral, such as pitch decks, one-pagers and brochures that will win over customers. We’re looking for someone eager to learn, passionate about staying on top of the latest trends in B2B marketing, and ready to serve as the company’s go to person for all related efforts.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create and implement strategies for increased engagement and deliver ROI through effective testing strategies.
• Deliver high quality content including sales presentations, program overviews, and other external facing communications.
• Promote our commercial line of products/services on various media.
• Coordinate and co-create across a broad range of stakeholders to develop innovative growth strategies.
• Work collaboratively with the research and insights, marketing, digital customer experience and social media team teams, product owners and executives to develop lead generation campaigns and account-based marketing programs to drive awareness and preference with our target buyer.

Job Requirements:

• A self-starter with tenacity for execution and delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
• Analytical skills and a demonstrated ability to manage budgets.
• Proven work experience as a B2B Marketer.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Up to date on the latest trends and technologies in B2B marketing, including sales intelligence, engagement software, and workflow tools.
• Experience developing full-funnel B2B marketing strategies and tactics.
