Job Description:

Fortnum & Mason are looking for a Business Reporting Analyst to join the Fortnum’s Family! The Business Reporting Analyst will support the Financial Planning Analyst and the wider business through the provision of reporting and timely analysis.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Financial Planning Analyst in budgeting and forecasting processes
• Responsible for maintaining Daily sales reporting and Periodic Sales & Margin reporting
• Analyse current and past trends in key performance indicators, highlighting commercial opportunities and risks, in particular to revenue and margin
• Prepare analysis/presentations for Board of Directors and Senior Management Team
• Support the business in preparation of ROI analysis and provide constructive challenge on the financials within these
• Prepare and Maintain key business reporting within Excel and Business Intelligence software.
• Support and work with the wider business regarding financial reporting requirements/improvements
• Prepare weekly trade analysis for Senior Management Team

Job Requirements:

• ACCA, CIMA or ACA qualified or finalist
• Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated
• Experience of ZAP Business Intelligence software
• Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organised
• Experience with Business Intelligence platforms
• Use of Budgeting and forecasting software
• Experience of Microsoft AX
• Articulate with excellent written communication and presentation skills
• Advanced excel and powerpoint skills
