Serving as the NFA/USFA/FEMA representative on various interagency committees, work groups, or like functions when necessary. Collaborating and negotiates with other unit/organization managers on work-related changes affecting other units/organizations. Assigning work to subordinate employees based on relative priorities, consideration of the difficulty, and the requirement of assignments and capabilities of subordinates.
