Job Description: We have some excellent opportunities to come and join our Birmingham Station in Aston as Operations Support Agents. Job Responsibilities: Sorting and allocating premium and distance deliveries. Prioritising and re-allocating failures for the next day delivery as required. Checking and investigating (when needed) failed deliveries/collections. Inputting data into our tracking system. Following FedEx processes, procedures and controls. As well as external regulatory requirements. Answering incoming calls from customers in relation to collection requests, along with delivery queries. Maintaining clear and effective communications/collaboration with the team/managers and other depots.
