Job Responsibilities:

• Provide technical and engineering development oversight over one or more engineering teams.
• Using critical thinking, consider the art of the possible, compare various options based on feasibility and impact, propose measurable plans and roadmaps that balance tactical and strategic needs
• Apply modern development standards/principles, global product-specific guidelines, security standards, usability design standards, as appropriate.
• Proactively evolve and apply DevSecOps methodologies, standards and leading practices
• Secure and automate solutions through collaboration with InfoSec and Architecture resources.
• Identify, communicate and mitigate Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Decisions throughout full lifecycle
• Provide direction, training and support for platform/product operations
• Engineer and automate platform solutions to meet and exceed expectations of Product Leadership.
• Ensure re-use through consumption and expansion of shared platform technology assets

Job Requirements:

• Software Design and Solution Design
• Cloud Experience
• Experience in Microservice Architectures
• Demonstrated track record of investigating new technologies/products and developing a strategy for integration/adoption
• Demonstrated track record of implementing and managing large scale platform services
• Finance, P&L managing experience.
• Experience on AI and ML technologies.
• Highly advanced technical proficiency in designing, developing, and debugging solutions
• Engineering degree and master in business.
• Architectural Patterns
