Job Description: A newly created role within the marketing team of Expedia for Business, the B2B partnership brand of Expedia Group, this role has a huge amount of opportunity and scope to make a real impact on the business. You will be responsible for creating and implementing our voice of the partner strategy which will include making sure we are effectively collecting partner feedback, making it easily accessible and digestible for the whole organization and driving through action plans on the back of this feedback. You’ll need to be comfortable working in an ambiguous, fast paced environment and have a persuasive personality, easily inspiring others in departments across the business to reach bold partner-centric goals. Job Responsibilities: Strong knowledge of qualitative research and quantitative research design, particularly in the translation of those insights into meaningful recommendations Confident analyzing large data sets to find opportunities and influence business decision-making Use partner insights to tell effective partner stories in creative ways Uncover and aggregate the most compelling insights across our partner base to build a deep understanding of our partners and our key segments Hire and lead a team to build and scale the Voice of the Partner function Define and implement our customer listening strategy to ensure we are collecting our B2B partners’ changing needs Determine survey cadence, segmentation and work cross functionally to gather questions and communicate practical feedback to inspire change Continually strive to understand whether partners have everything they need from us at each stage of the partner lifecycle to grow their business Create and activate partner personas, providing recommendation to ensure teams across the business is using relevant personas in their working processes Segment and persona driven approach to tell a comprehensive partner narrative Ensure an integrated approach to our sources of partner feedback - look at external sources, touch point surveys and internal feedback in a holistic way across all departments Apply qualitative and quantitative approaches to carry out partner research Ensure partners insights are measured effectively across the org and clearly visualized (e.g., Dashboard) Work with product, research, and data owners across the business to identify partner listening posts and surveys (including triggered surveys, annual partner satisfaction survey, NPS pulse surveys, sales, and partner advisory board, capture partner feedback and drive action with relevant teams Job Requirements: Fluent English with other languages a plus Experience of working in a fast-paced, matrixed, high-growth environment 8-10 years of B2B partner insights experience Bachelor's degree - MBA an advantage or equivalent related professional experience Job Details: Company: Expedia Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Birmingham, GB Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here vacanciesforyou.net
